Renter requirements
1. All renters must have a valid drivers license and a second form of identification (passport, state ID card, school ID).
2. Renters must have personal insurance. If you do not have personal insurance you can purchase our company provided insurance for an additional fee per day.
Booking requirements
1. All bookings must be made through the website.
2. All bookings require a valid debit/credit card. Our checkout also allows for Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or cashapp for reservation payments. Please note the card used will be confirmed and matched at pickup.
Once bookings are recieved, trips will be non-refundable.
Security deposits
Security deposits will be between $400-$500. This amount will be collected at pickup and will be paid using the same card used for booking. Upon submission of the security deposit, your card will be held on file for any further collections. More details will be provided in the rental contract after booking.
Security deposits are refundable as long as the vehicle is returned in proper conditions. All fees will be outlined in the rental contract after booking.
Rental contract
All renters will be required to sign a rental contract at the start of their trip. This rental contract will outline all requirements for drivers, as well as our company policies, additional fees, and both parties protections under the law.
